I just want one to match Hall and Hogan We don't have a 2002 Hogan. Hall and X Pac got elites based on the 2002 run, Nash got a basic and Hogan hasn't been made. Storm collectibles made a great looking 2002 hogan that looks fine next to the 02 Hall. Yes, mattel hasn’t made the hogan yet but maybe that’s why wanting nash first would satisfy people until mattel takes there stab at hogan.

I'm surprised by the lack of Diesel/Nash figures overall. For me he's on the same level as Razor Ramon/Hall, and Hall seems to have a lot more figures. Since I started buying figures a few years ago, I think Retro Diesel is the only Diesel/Nash figure that's been made. I'm pretty sure, if the Legends 12 Nash and his chase are accurate, they'd have the exact same number of Mattel Figures (unless I'm missing any). that said, it does seem like the Halls (for the most part) have been easier to find: Hall: Razor Elites: (3) DM Legends 8 Flashback Series Hall Elites: (5) RSC Exclusive Elite Elite 51 Wrestlemania Heritage Elite Nitro Notables Box Set Legends 10* Basic Razor: (2) WrestleMania Heritage Basic 97 Basic Hall: (1) Battle Pack 44 Total: 11 (8 Elites, 3 Basics) Nash: Diesel Elite: (3) Elite 16 Network Spotlight Hall of Fame Nash Elite: (5) Elite 16 RSC Exclusive Nitro Notables Box Set Legends 12+ Legends 12 Chase+ Diesel Basic: (1) Battle Pack 48 Nash Basic: (2) Battle Pack 44 Wrestlemania Heritage Total: 11 (8 Elites, 3 Basics) *Upcoming +Rumored Plus Nash had the Diesel Retro as you said. Good list... off the top of my head, there was also a Basic Fan Central Nash - and a Basic Hall & Nash in that Network Spotlight 2002 5-pack.

We need more 1996 Diesel/Nash figures. I want the Diesel Power top, specifically from IYHGFBE. But a 96 NWO Nash Ultimate with multiple heads from that time period would be awesome so I can distribute the extras to other figures. Particularly the Big Daddy Cool figure that comes with Real FX Glenn Jacob’s head…
But anyway, 2002 NWO absolutely sucked. Nash didn’t even have a singles match at Mania X8. The fact we’re getting those looks over WCW looks is a tragedy imo. The highlight of Scott Hall selling the stunner is the only good thing to come out of the entire run.

Give me Big D, especially if they could nail the metallic finish.

I'm all for completing the 2002 NWO but I'm not so sure about the iconic part, especially as it involves Kevin Nash.
That 2002 run was kind of embarrassing for him, if I remember. Weren't Kevin's 'Knees of Glass' a big reason that Vince decided to just chuck the entire group in the bin mid-angle?

Glass may be too strong of a descriptor when referencing Kevin Nash's knees in 2002. Perhaps Twizzlers would better describe his ACL, MCL, PCL, and LCL around that time. Yes, I think Vince cancelled the nWo plans shortly after Nash collapsed in the ring.

Yes, I think Vince cancelled the nWo plans shortly after Nash collapsed in the ring. Beyond that, IIRC, it wasn't the first time it had happened. He mukked up his knee, was out for months, then the very night he came back and did his first run-in, he immediately went down AGAIN. And *that* is when Vince pulled the plug on the stable. I distinctly remember being online when it happened in a chatroom and all of us losing our collective ish over "Really? Again? Just like that???"

I'm almost 100% sure that the Nash from Legends 12 will be from the WWE nwo return.
If we've learned one thing that Mattel loves to do, it's tweak the box art to make it look like the figure.
The Nash art on the back of the box has a black singlet and blonde hair. That to me screams WWE nwo.
The other black singlets he wore in WCW had red and white as well. One was released as a Ringside exclusive, so I don't see that one being it. The other black singlet he wore had the all caps NWO letters but his hair was dark brown during that time. Then there's the one that was posted here already with word "NASH" on it, which is the runner-up but least likely.
Only time will tell but my money is on WWE return attire.

I feel bad. I hope he didn't put actual money down. I don't know whether to correct you on the fact that it wasn't an actual bet or the fact that you ask someone else when I literally posted right before you.... Now I feel bad

For some reason I kept listing Fan Central as WrestleMania Heritage. Gonna fix that. Thanks for pointing out the box set and Battle Pack are different. I admittedly only checked those very quickly. Weird that Mattel made new figures in the same look as opposed to just rereleases. If you mean a 2002 Nash, I agree. Hall and X-Pac are lonely.

We should have more Wcw Nash tbh. The most iconic one was super rare I'm amazed/annoyed we haven't gotten a 97 or 98 pre-Wolfpack Nash. I'd love one of these: someone is about to get excited
