Didn't remember Mattel made Road Warriors -- but I thought they looked too good to be Jakks. I can't imagine how much the Mattels go for online...

Crazy isn't it? They were day #1 buys for me from RSC. I'm surprised Mattel didn't do more with them when that had them under licence. |

Sadly, I didn't pick them or any other of Legends Series 1 up when I saw them numerous times in toysrus back in the day. I wasn't sure about starting collecting figures at the time, and wasn't sure about Mattel's product just yet. Unless Mattel gets the rights to them again and makes another updated version of the Road Warriors, it does not look like I will be adding them to my collection. |

One thing that's pretty amazing is that the Road Warriors Legends look JUST as good as the best in the line today.
You go back to the early Elites, and you really can't say that...
