I just got the new WM HBK and I realized that since his retirement, we have only got 1 Elite HBK flashback from after his 2002 return and that was the Walgreens DX one (and I guess the referee one, but it’s not a flashback). The other 3 elite HBKs were modern figures we got back in 2010, the same year he retired. All the flashback releases in the Elite line were of HBK from 1998 or before.
There have been a lot Basic Series releases of Shawn post-2002. We just got a basic bald Shawn which would have been an awesome elite. They never made an elite to match the WM 19 Y2J. We’ve got 3 elite Evolution Triple H’s now. It’s like there's a moratorium on any 2000’s HBK and it’s been 11 years now.

I wouldn't mind seeing an nWo Shawn, Summerslam 2002, Survivor Series 2002, and Wrestlemania XIX...All important moments in his career.

Ringside should try to order more Ultimate HBK figures. I don't see any reason why they couldn't just rerelease it.

I personally don’t care if we never get another HBK in his “chap” pants look. If it’s not his wrestling tights I won’t buy it. I have the Elite Series 3 or 4(?) and the DM figures that is more than enough HBK figures in the “chaps” pants for me.

In terms of Ruthless Aggression HBKs, I'd just want one in his tights and one in his pants.
Tights - WMXIX
(having already made the entrance gear in the Ultimate Edition set, does that increase or decrease the odds of getting this?)
Pants - WM21
His match with Kurt was legendary.

SummerSlam 2002 is way up high on my list. Huge want.
94-98 HBK is the sweet spot imo, but I would also love SvS 02, Mania 22, and Mania 26. Maybe do Mania 25 again as an Ultimate.
I think it’s hard to justify most of his return tights looks, though. The wrist tape is less toyetic than the gauntlets. If I want to do a HBK Elite in red, I feel like it’s pretty easy to pick something like Rumble 98 over Mania 20 as a designer. That’s always been my thought process as to why we haven’t gotten much of anything from 03-04ish.

But some of those ‘02-‘04 tights were pretty cool (and I know that he wore a lot of those in ‘96-‘97)…I want a ‘96 run done with tights that weren’t only wore once or twice…one that can be a catch all of his ‘96 title run (don’t get me wrong, I want a lot of different tights) but I’d also love the ‘02-‘04 look…and a multiple wear pair of Chap stylle pants. |

I still don't understand how there are so little RA Era HBK's out, he had so many great attires from that era, yet every time there's a new HBK Elite, it's a 90's attire.
Meanwhile, any time they actually do a RA attire, it always gets stuck as a Basic.

Those are just some attires that would make great Elites.

WM23 seems to be a highly demanded figure on here. It looks like they’re doing one (basic) in one of those showdown packs with Cena. I always liked those black and white ones he wore in 05. He wore them pretty frequently. That’d be cool.
Of course, an Ultimate of either WM25 or 26 will be welcomed too. On the topic of HBK, a white whale of mine is Ultimate WM12. I know it’s been done a few times, but it’s time for an update on that one. For some reason wrestling figure collectors hate the same attire more than once. But with the advancements in the last 10 years, some of these iconic looks need to be redone

Action Figure Attack not sure if you check on certain threads but please look at this one and nudge Bill! There is huge demand for HBK! So many looks that have never ever been made! His return match against HHH at SS would need barely any tooling and it’s a win win.
