Not surprised, considering no major retailers carried them. Mattel has to have the high score for product lines that died in two years or less. No major retailers carried the elite 2 packs in the US? In Canada, Piper/Mr T is on the Walmart site and Triple H/Hardy is on TRU shelves. In store no. But WalMart’s website had a few of them. They had Rey/Joe, Bret/Goldberg & Triple H/Chyna. I am not sure if they had Triple H/Hardy or Piper/Mr T, but they had the other three for sure. I bought my second sets of Bret/Goldberg and Triple H/ Chyna from them. |

For those complaining about Mattel, how much control do you think they have over Target and Amazon's distribution/sales process? Mattel generates about $5 billion in revenue per year, meanwhile Target is at $100b and Amazon at $300b. Mattel is a small part of their revenue model, and at the end of the day hand over their goods for Target/Amazon to sell as they see fit. Expecting these massive retailers to keep Mattel apprised of their every little move is asinine. I got boned hard on these pre-orders, but I don't blame Mattel - Steve tried to communicate as best he could. I'm just glad SS Hogan is on RSC, and hopefully we'll have a shot at L11 tomorrow and L12/Hogan later this week.

Mattel with no new Macho Man figures and drop the ball on a 25th Anniversary of the nWo debut. But you make the Goon and Zodiac. Terrible and huge let down.

I mean in 2021 they released UE Hollywood, Fan Takeover X-Pac, Legends Hall and Nash, MOTWWEU nWo Savage, WWE Superstars Hollywood, nWo Cena. That’s 7 nWo figs with Giant in that two pack also easily passable for nWo too. |

Ok going to only try and post positives in this thread without being a dick from here on out. I’m really trying to decide what I want to preorder. I want to convert my collection to Ultimates but I much prefer the Survivor Series Hogan to the Ultimate one. I’ll need the Jeff though. I also need the new Lashley, Priest, Candice, Santos, and Ciampa. But I don’t want to buy them all now and have them not ship till December. So many decisions. Might just start with Bobby and Hogan.
