It's amazing how long they built up the Hogan/Savage feud in the WWF. Savage was talking trash about Hogan from the start in 1985. Then they kept them away from each other, Hogan continuing his run as WWF champion and Savage building up his reputation as the IC Champion - making the belt more important than anyone prior. Then they turn Savage face and team him with Hogan. For the next year and a-half they build up Savage as a good guy but feeling not quite as equal as Hogan. Then they start sowing seeds of a split at Summer Slam 1988, then again at Survivor Series 88 and finally at Royal Rumble 89. Then they finally turn Savage heel again to set up their match at WM5. Basically, they built this feud for four years. Amazing! Also amazing, in their year-long feud of matches (February 1989 to February 1990) they only met on TV 4 times in a match. Three times on a PPV and one on The Main Event to finish it up.

Razor introduces a 16 year old named Keith Davis to the WWF. Wonder if the kid ever made anything of himself?
