It's weird how they acknowledged his leaving on air a couple different times and Vince never had it in his heart to do anything with him on screen after WCW folded. I still think Hogan is the most likely reason. Probably one of wrestling's biggest shames. Even Warrior got the spotlight again for a brief moment before he died. I think there was definitely a thawing of hard feelings by the time of his death. It’s unfortunate that it didn’t happen sooner so that things like the HOF could’ve been enjoyed by Randy himself. It also feels to me after his death he’s become an even bigger pop culture icon outside of the world of wrestling than he was prior. Would this have happened if he was still around? Hard to say, but I wish he was.
