My #3 favorite IC champion, behind Savage and Mr. Perfect. Like those two, he made the title feel important, like a true secondary title, just a hair below the World Title in rank. That's also one of my favorite belt designs of all-time, along with the winged-eagle WWF Title, the WWF Tag Titles of the era, and the Big Gold Belt that Flair wore. |

I don't remember ever seeing the Rockers wrestle in this gear. Their Survivor Series 91 gear is still my favorite of theirs, hope we get more Rocker figures one day with that gear:  |

I really liked Razor as the IC Champion; he also made the belt feel important. Rude's run was great, but just not long enough. Honky definitely deserves a mention because of the length of his reign, and the fact that he played his role to a T. Also, because it didn't matter who he was wrestling, you really wanted to see him get his butt kicked. I think Warrior needs a mention, both his title reigns were good lengths, and he made the belt feel like a major title. |
