Looking at this picture,Mattel DID gave the Brother Love figure the right color for his face. Also, if they could have made this version of Macho Man, it would have easily been a favorite of mine. They never did a Macho Man with a tanktop, did they? Dont believe so |

They never did a Macho Man with a tanktop, did they? That's the first thing I thought of when I saw this picture. And no, they only did Macho Man figures of him in his wrestling gear, not the interview attires he would sometimes wear in 1988 and 1989 - some of those would have been great. |

I thought the guy in the middle was the Mountie. Funny, Glacier looks more like Jacques brother than Raymond does. And, I never would have guessed the guy being choked was Larry Z. |

Yeah ol Zybsysko is not one of the Legends who aged well And I'm willing to bet those other 2 I couldnt name are not wrestlers. Maybe they made the figure based on these earlier appearances with the more pinkish face. |

The two are most likely friends or promoters who got all the guys together. Larry looks so different his hair is different style and he let it grey out. He also had throat cancer at one point so that probably led to the weight loss. He looks like a slimmer and taller Columbo during the latter Columbo run. From what I can tell most of the guys live in Florida-Gangrel, Haku, Glacier, Larry. Not sure about Stan or Ernest though. But it was probably in Florida and the two guys are just buddies. It's not uncommon for a lot of those Florida based guys to have similar friends. John Crowther who does the comic book series for wrestlers and the Bushwhackers bio is based out of Florida and has about 10 local guys he is friends with, one pictured being Glacier. |
