It was just a sportsmanship gag they did with Crush early on during this run And that is Roger Ruffen. Long term ref and promoter in PA/Ohio. IIRC he was used on WWF TV in 1990 as well. The last SNME that year he was on I believe. Cant recall the match(s) he officiated but I remember seeing em on that show |
