Misawa and Kawada dropkicking the big man Cool pic, guessing by Andre’s haircut, and Misawa took off the mask in what 92 for year. I would have loved to see Andre in person.

Doing some quick searching, you were close. Appears to be from a 12/2/91 match where Andre was teaming with Giant Baba. Really sad to watch Andre's tail end matches, when he's got problems moving, and you can tell how much pain he's probably dealing with.

Personally I love Ric, but there’s no way in hell he becomes an honorary deputy if I had any say in Tampa’s government, because I think it sends out the wrong message.

Yeah it’s sad to see how rough he was having a time of moving in his later years and the pain was all over his face. I wasn’t too far off the date from just guessing. Thanks for checking the date, I was thinking early-mid 92

Not even for the cliche "protecting his legacy," but for the fact, that even with the limited he did, he was putting himself in even more pain than he really needed to be in.

Yeah anytime I have seen any of his post wwf work, I hurt cause obviously he’s struggling so badly to continue to try to entertain. I feel the same way with a lot of the older wrestlers that fans can just see it on their faces that they’re hurting so much but genuinely love it and continue on, Taker being an example in his last few years where he is just physically hurting at almost every point in a match. I have utmost respect for them putting their bodies on the line as they do.

It is absolutely fascinating to me
