Still bothers me to this day we never got his comeback to the company Yeah him having the same Hogan run from 02 would have been awesome. only question for that is when it could've happened AND went well. by the time he had his team madness gimmick(99ish?), he was a shell of his former self in the ring. and i think his only other in-ring appearance after wcw closed was in tna in 2004(again, ish?)...and even that was just to hit a couple moves and score the pin. he DID prove he still had plenty of gas in the tank when he jumped to wcw, but unfortunately that gas pretty much ran out after a few more years. don't get me wrong, i would've loved to see him come back to the wwe in some form(closure mostly i suppose), but i don't think a hogan 02-esque run would've been in the cards for him |
