I love all of his stuff, but I’d actually vote for Mr. Furley to edge out Barney Fife, barely. All of his films were/are great too.

It’s slightly off topic but if any of you have never been down to Mt. Airy NC it’s a real nice trip….there’s the Andy Griffith museum along with a whole bunch of stores that are Mayberry themed & have that old time feel to them….the people there are also some of the friendliest you’ll probably ever meet….my girlfriend / fiancée & I have been a couple of times & plan on another visit soon
