it doesnt matter what any of us thinks...Goldberg vs Lashley is a draw to the outside world, which is what Vince wants Summerslam is the 2nd biggest event to this company now, so get big matches, there is 0 shot they put 'Berg over Bobby, but they will make "us" think they might, same as they did with Drew. idk. He's 4-4 since his return. But he hasn't won a match in a year and a half. He's coming off 2 losses in a row. I wouldn't be surprised if they give him a win. Because if he keeps coming back to lose, when they try to pull this again it will be harder to stomach |

Goldberg got a bigger pop than Keith Lee....That should tell you everything you need to know as to why Goldberg will be at SummerSlam & Lee just took an L. But Goldberg still doesnt need to win the title. Doesn't hurt that Goldberg had a dominant run at the height of the last most popular era in wrestling history. And the other has barely had any exposure on a big stage, much less any success, and is just coming off a 6+ month layoff. |
