Man -- that Rock is SUCH a step down from the first one. I realize it's a different era, but man -- the first one is so, so much better

This set seems just blah for me. They just seem really bland and should have been split with someone more flashy.

Man -- that Rock is SUCH a step down from the first one. I realize it's a different era, but man -- the first one is so, so much better I agree. There's only so much you can do in trying to create an "Ultimate" edition of The Rock without severely stretching the budget, but just looking at them next to each other, the first one shines a lot brighter. I think what jumps out to me the most is the static expression across the three heads. At least on the first, you get a really pronounced eyebrow, a static face, and then the action shot. I feel like here, you get the smilin' Duane face, and then two relatively similar faces of mild exertion. The belt also looks weird...I hadn't noticed it at first, but it's a weird hybrid of the first edition of that belt with the scratch logo and the more modern Network era logo. I'm usually not too big a stickler for belt details, but that looks really strange. I'm content with my E69 or whatever series Collector's Edition, but if I were after an Ultimate, I'd definitely want the first one. |

Am I tripping or did Cena have a title? I thought he did as well. Either that or it’s just Mandela effect because he was champion at the actual event. If it’s going to be that rough looking belt that is coming with Jeff Hardy then I guess I’m not too disappointed if we don’t get it. |

I don't know what it is about the butterfky joints on these two, but they look super inflated almost like MOTU figures with big chest. One of the pics Rock looks like he has a long skinny neck. It looks like a pass for me.
