No polls! We see how that works with the Fan Takeover series... In the event this doesn’t reach 7k I wouldn’t have minded them polling all who backed to see if they preferred to have Diesel or Doink. Honestly I feel like Doink would win. If this doesn't make it to 7K, I really hope that they find a way to release that Doink figure. It's really good and needs to be released. Maybe as a ringside exclusive or Mattel Creations exclusive. |

I love it when the community gets together for a good cause. Hopefully, we get doink. I'm just glad we're almost there. I'm hoping Mattel learns something from this and give us a goddamn Nitro stage at one point. It's all I want. They could charge $200 for the stage alone, as long as it has the proper details and proportions imo... EDIT: They should do a poll next time with the entrance stages (Nitro, Monday Night Raw etc) No polls! We see how that works with the Fan Takeover series... Every single of my preferred choices got made except for Adam Cole. And maybe Christian. I already had that attire, but I understand a lot may not have his TRU figure. That was kinda hard to find. I would’ve preferred a different color instead of the purple, but that was the choice they gave us. |

We just might get doink after all if this keeps up. I genuinely think if Macho takes us to 5k we may just have enough momentum to take us to Doink. I hope that happens but I just don’t see many backing this once Macho isn’t included after 9pm tomorrow. |

Perhaps after the 30 days is up, they could do separate 30 day backings for Doink and the ringskirts for those who purchased the arena. Charge $30 for each and if they reach a certain number, they'll be included.

They usually manufacture more than 5,000 units of a single figure. Obviously they don’t cost $30 a piece to manufacture them, but I wouldn’t expect retail price for such a low manufacturing number. |

I'm in Canada, so I don't know... $30… If they’re mass produced. 5,000 units isn’t anywhere close to what even RSC’s exclusives are produced at. They factored in 2,000 additional arena purchases to cover the cost of Doink. So 7,000 arenas at $250 to eat the cost of Doink. I have no idea how to do that math. You also have to assume that not all 5,000+ backers would pay extra for Doink. I think Doink would probably be $50 if offered as an add-on. But like I said, I didn’t do the math. I have no idea how much it would cost to manufacture such a low amount of figures. Maybe $30 is enough to cover the cost since there’s no retail middleman taking a cut. |
