Seriously I was thinking “if this is at 3.5k in the morning I’d be very happy”. To see it past 3.7k made my jaw drop.

Looking at real photos, it seems pretty in-scale. Maybe the footage of Diesel was shot at a Vinnie-Mac special angel to make him look “large and imposing.”  No -- this is a different entrance. See -- it has risers on the bottom corners. The version Mattel is producing -- and the version Diesel walked through in Steve's video clip -- does not have those risers on the bottom. It's just the entrance straight on the floor -- so this isn't a proper comparison
According to Steve/Bill/Mattel, it’s the neon entrance that debuted at Mania 8 (where this photo is from, the risers seem to only have been used for the Hoosier Done) and used through 95. That said, comparing the two images, the scale really doesn’t look far off at all.  |

I just simply can’t afford it and it sucks. My credit cards are almost maxed and they don’t accept PayPal so I can’t use PayPal Credit. Dude, take it from someone who's been there: No wrestling figure is worth maxed out credit cards/interest rates/bad credit. Sucks, but if you don't have the money, you don't have it. Get your cards paid off. The money you'll save in interest rates over carrying CC debt for a long period of time will be more than enough to buy this crapon the aftermarket. |

Here's a video of Shawn and Diesel walking through it. With his arms up, Shawn almost touches the bottom of the top piece, so they probably did make it a little big. First time watching this match and I have notes: 1. Hate how JR says Diesel 2. Mattel needs to make Diesel’s scan and hair sexier 3. They should have found a way to run HBK vs Walter Peyton |

1. I am glad this might make it. 2. Isn't this really out of scale? In the classic WWF video AFA posted on his Instragram, the real Diesel almost reaches the top of the entrance when walking through it. But in the proto pictures, the Macho Man Elite doesn't even come close to the top. Same for the Kevin Nash that AFA used in his Instagram live session. Looking at the promo video for the project and looking at a clip of Diesel, it looks pretty in-scale to me. If you go to the 1:17 mark in the video below you can see a far away shot of Diesel coming out of the entrance way. Any close shot you see of him, the camera will be pointed up slightly because he’s taller than any camera man. That slight upward angle will give the illusion that the entrance is smaller. The far away angle of this clip shows a good 3 feet of distance between the top of his head and the top of the entrance. |

Found a better frame with the red lights on to really compare. Obviously tough to match up exactly, but looking where Nash’s head reaches/the amount of space/etc. the scale looks pretty good.  |
