I have heard that some people are being shafted out of the Macho Man Early Bird, some people who have ordered on the 13th before 21:00 did not actually qualify, quite a few people in the Toys4Life group on Facebook have stated they have had to call in to Mattel and have been told they were not in the Early Bird. If this is legit then it is a foul move by Mattel  That’s worrisome. The Macho deadline was 8/13/2021 at 9pm PT My first order was 8/12 - should get Macho Second order 8/13 at 8:42pm - should get Macho I’ll probably go ahead and call to confirm on the way home Let me know how the call goes, I have sent a few E-Mails in asking about this, but dont seem to get any responses, just the generic responses and asking what the order number and item is I am enquiring about, despite having the order number in subject box and the email itself. I dont have the means to contact them by phone as mine doesnt have international calls |

I finally received all four boxes and I have to say Mattel did pretty good with shipping these out faster than expected. Received all of them within 5 days of each of each other. Two got delivered on the 26th, one on the 28th, and the last on the 30th. Can't wait for the next crowd funding. This was definitely one the most fun times I've had collecting wrestling figures. Yeah, really fast and really great… *looks for tracking number of the ONE order placed BEFORE the Early Bird Deadline…nothing* |

This apparently is a Mattel issue.
Customer service rep said my first order shows the necessary markers for Macho.
Second order DOES NOT show markers for Macho. She said that it should as I met the requirements.
I’m on hold while she’s getting in contact with the fulfillment team.
I’d suggest everyone to call and verify

So… just got off the phone She told me my 2nd order(which meets requirements for Macho) has been flagged as priority to fix the issue She then said this Macho is a limited figure and used verbiage that was far from “for sure, certain, guarantee,” etc in regards on if I will get my second Macho I asked about an official confirmation from Mattel that my order was corrected and I’ll receive both early birds. She said I’d get a notification when it shipped. I told her I need something showing my order has been corrected and I’ll receive both early birds. She then said I should have “something within 24-72 hours” - whatever that means It’s about to get interesting. Action Figure Attack hopefully you can help out with this apparent issue |

Has anyone encountered staining with the Ultimate Edition Doink jacket? Just got mine today and noticed it came with plastic coverings on the arms. Anyone else a little worried about displaying with the jacket on?

So I ordered 2 sets before the deadline and I "should" be fine?
There is no "should" in this situation. We paid for this thing up front
Nowhere did it say limit 1 Macho per person

My order says 6:39 on the website, which I’m assuming is PT. Yeah I think the time stamp is PT. Which would make sense since they used PT time zone for the deadline I also remember it being later at night when I ordered, so 9:39 ET would make sense. I got rid of the confirmation email after my friend received the order, but at least the site has the time and they can see that as well. I wonder if there’s a specific time where an errored cutoff happened. |

Just being honest here… if I have to call and find out my second order wasn’t marked to receive Macho when it met the requirements, it doesn’t seem like they had me rationed correctly. |
