And I’m not the only one being told this. Just sayin I’ve given you an honest update with the latest accurate info. When you call you’re talking to a customer service rep who is a few steps removed from the situation and has limited info. If there was an actual issue I’d encourage everyone to call so they don’t have further problems. There’d be no reason for me to dissuade from fixing an actual problem. I can’t force you to believe. |

So if I’m following correctly: Rumors spread on Facebook that people weren’t getting their Macho. Some complained about lack of communication, others began calling Mattel (whose customer service is usually somewhat out of the loop when it comes to WWE stuff as seen with the Kane arm situation and who legally are going to have to use the terminology that it’s a limited figure and not everyone who backed the arena is getting one) and think it means they’re not getting their Macho. AFA comes in and says everyone who ordered within the window is slotted a Macho, and yet people are disbelieving of that? Am I missing any elements of this? I don’t mean this in a d*** way. I’m trying to catch up on this thread now after work.

Guys, AFA comes here and gives us answers and talks to us WHEN HE DOES NOT HAVE TO! He is telling you all to just keep calm and wait until they ship Macho and you will get yours if you ordered in time.
There is absolutely zero need to bash him. Stop.
