Anyone else still not got there's (U.K. based) ? I've not had any tracking and messaged Mattel over a week ago to ask for it without reply  🙋♂️ |

Found out today that my local depot in the U.K. has had both my arenas (even though Mattel only told me one of my two had been dispatched) for a few days and were waiting for me to pay customs on them…£130 paid to get them released. Excited to get them but that’s another hefty chunk of money spent on the sets. Think this could put international collectors off backing in future. Parcelforce or Royal Mail ?. Thats alot of money. My ring is probably getting a suntan in Gambia as we speak. |

I've contacted them for tracking and recieved nothing, been 3 weeks since my shipment email. I'm from the UK so I'll assume its in Gambia with everyone elses. What a mess lmao Try speaking to Mattel over the phone, they were good. I also emailed and received nothing, turns out ParcelForce have had both my arenas for a few days now, looks like the arenas actually shipped within two weeks. Mattel Gave me tracking numbers to speak to parcel force (tracking number should begin with ‘CC’) - Parcelforce can then give you a 17 digit number that you’ll need to pay customs charge (£64 per arena) once they have it in hand. Then they’ll get jt posted out to you. If Mattel only give you the LTN reference, put that into landmark global website and you should see the ‘CC’ reference there to contact Parcelforce with. Having said all that, mine only went via Belgium, no Gambia. Hope this helps you and any other U.K. peeps. Belgian post reference only for me. |

some of their chases are actually worse than their regular versions lol I agree. I’ve seen some AEW chases go for $300+ but asking $120 for Diesel gets laughed at? Makes 0 sense to me I seriously wonder why some people join these "collector" groups in the first place. Based on lots of their comments and laughing faces, they have no idea what is going on or values of previously released figures. I really would love admins to start banning people who ask how much is this figure worth? It is really not difficult |

Have someone have this happened to them, i got an email where it says Label Created on the tracking number, but when I enter the mattel site it says on my order where the shipping address is "Fulfillment status: Fulfilled" and I still haven't received it. its fulfilled on their end...as in they sent it out. mine said the same thing once i got the email about the label being created Ok thanks, i got it by friday and i was super happy about it. |

Hey guys,
So I’m trying to do some shots with the arena stage but they keep turning off after like a few mins, assuming it’s a sleep feature.
Is there any way possible to keep the stage on until i decide to turn it off? Really annoying i have to keep hitting the back button every time it goes to sleep.

Mine landed in Australia, Brisbane even when I am a week back before heading away from me to Sydney where it has sat 5-6 days without moving despite my delivery email saying I’d have it by today. So annoying.

Just spoke to a mattel creations worker. They confirmed my arena was indeed lost. Said they’ll be sending a replacement out soon.

Just because something is 1/3000 or 1/5000 doesn’t mean it’s a better figure or better value. You can pick up any chase in stores, if you find them, for $20+. The crowdfund is a different animal imo Some older Ultimates still go for big money and none of them were ever really hard to find. It’s probably more to do with supply and demand right now. |
