I am trying to find the best price on the secondary market since I missed them they didn’t really “retail” for anything because it was an early bird exclusive part of the new gen set if you backed before a certain time. I guess you would just say the normal retail price of UEs at $32.99 now or back then retail was still $29.99. |

Still no update on shipping. This has been rather surprising and a bit disappointing. You should be getting a shipping email any day. I was one of the last to order, and I got my shipping a few days ago and it came in today. They can't take much longer. |

Anyone in the UK has any issues? My order on Mattel’s website says that the order has been fulfilled yet I’ve had no delivery? I’ve emailed Mattel a few days ago but no response as of yet.
I’m really hoping it hasn’t gone missing.

I spoke to Mattel Creations International customer service, I was given tracking for the Macho Man, will be delivered by Evri once in the UK, mine was in Feltham, uk when I tracked it, so that was an unexpected bonus.
The advisor stated that Landmark Global will no longer be the delivery partner going forward.
Also on the responding to email front they are considerably behind, I believe changes are a foot.
I wouldn't advise anyone in the UK calling the international customer services from a mobile, considerably expensive.

My Savage was sent to my old address even though I had updated my shipping address with customer service. They had sent the ring to my new address so I'm not sure what happened but it's very disappointing.

I suspect that these were two separate items in their database which is why the arena and Macho have different order numbers. So they updated the order number you gave them (the arena) and not Macho because you were never given an order number for that one. My guess is that every single person who changed addresses will end up with a Macho getting shipped to the old address. But I’m just guessing. I don’t know. |

I tried to update mine, but they said it was too late as it was “processing” - now it’s finally shipped with Fedex and I thought ok I’ll just have it held at FedEx location and go pick it up. Nope they shipped it Smartpost which doesn’t allow holds and I have no idea if USPS will reroute it to my new address (I’ve filed a ‘change of address’ with them).. |
