Well the first of my 3 Savages was delivered today...to my old address.  Luckily I only moved about 2 miles so I was able to just drive over to my old place and grab it but still definitely not happy with Mattel for shipping it to the wrong address after calling and having it updated for my arena orders months ago. Now I'll probably have to do the same thing for my other two when they arrive here in the next few days. Can't wait until I can finally put this whole shipping fiasco that has been the new gen arena behind me. On a positive note it arrived in mint condition though so I'm extremely happy about that.  |

Yes they are going to send me one from the reserves, but they explained that the reserves will not be shipped out until the regular orders are all fulfilled.

Haha funny cause my roommate was the one who actually grabbed it and he basically said the same thing. He pretty much ran and grabbed it from the porch, checked to make sure it was mine, and ran back to his car lol. Unlike you my old place has people living there so it's a little riskier than if the place was empty. Both him and I work for FedEx so he had his uniform on since he was leaving for work. He was all ready to tell the people it was misdelivered if someone was home and grabbed it already lol. Luckily no one was home though. |

I have no idea why but yesterday I received another (second) macho man figure in the mail. I guess it was a clerical mistake on their end? I’m certainly not complaining. I ended up selling it for around $139 on Mercari since I don’t need 2.

good luck getting Macho if Fed Ex delivers it. . mine cannot be intercepted or held for pick up. ..period. the CS rep from Fed Ex did nothing to help me and all but said im screwed. Unless the SHIPPER changes the deliery method on there end. Mattel Creations really screwed me over on this one. they shouldve changed my address when i changed it over months ago for the arena. pretty incredible. USPS may be better at this if u get lucky them delivering it. thanks for the early halloween nightmare you arseholes. I had the same thing happen to me with the Arena. Called Mattel when it happened and they said they would have reserves to send out as a replacement, which is awesome. The sucky part is I’m still waiting on the replacement over a month later. They say they can’t give an estimated timeline for it. Called again this afternoon and they said just be patient. Honestly I don’t mind waiting as long as I eventually get the replacement. I’ll be pissed if it gets cancelled and I just end up with a refund after over a year of waiting. |
