99% sure its ultimate Razor Ramon.
Rumour was Diesel and Razor as ultimate edition wave 11. Wave 11 is Taker and Kane now. So Diesel comes with the Ring so Razor must be the rsce ;-)
But i would love if it is Mr America. He should have been the sdcc exclusive (same rumours)

Wasn't that an exclusive due to distribution problems associated with Covid? Similar to how Shield Angle was meant for TRU if I'm not mistaken hut ended up on RD when TRU closed. |

I think it will be some kind of Hogan figure. I think Ultimate Razor ends up as a Amazon Exclusive after Hardy and Hogan come out
