With women having their own match at these gimmick matches PPVs, it would be overkill to have not only a potential four ladder matches on one show but also four people with a briefcase each.

The only plausible way would be to allow both shows to run their own MITB matches, 6 months apart or so. But with possibly 2 men and 2 women with a briefcase, that's too many moving parts. Especially if Creative struggles to find new ways to keep the concept fresh already.

I actually meant the women would not get to compete in a MITB ladder match just like they did from 2010-2016.

It would only work if they were spaced; it may make things interesting. Maybe spread each MTIB over the course of the year. Or Split them between the WM/SS 2-2.
Name brand PPV's; I hate them. But they're great marketing. Instead of No Mercy; Vengeance; Blah blah that may or may not have HIC or something.
You have one show a year where it's Hell in a Cell matches; Extreme matches; title matches; MTIB; TLC matches; Elimination Chamber it sells well. I mciss the days of RA styled PPV's but that don't sell as good. Where if you know well December it's TLC month. On economic it makes perfect sense and only continues to grow with Backlash being WM Revenge; sort of as WM rematch show or that's what it's suppose to be marketed as. Survivor Series follows brand warefar. You literally get lucky if you just have one none gimmick show a year.
Your best bet is Summer Slam but that's WrestleMania Summer time basically.

It's been overkill since 2010. I would wish they just put away all the gimmick matches for a year (HIAC, MITB, TLC, EC) or atleast just don't do one for a year. Then when they come back they would be much fresher.
