I’d just take diesel & Doink

None honestly, sorry but there was nothing offered here that interested me.

As someone who doesn’t care how this goes either way, I still think something that had more of a “I have to have this no matter the cost” vibe needed to be released first here.

Nothing. The only thing I would get behind is if they offered a package deal of 6 to 8 first time in the line elite legends for 100 to 150 bucks depending on the amount of figures included and I'm not holding my breath on that happening anytime soon..

i guess TBH, i would actually pay that for the entrance alone.

i would take the real scale ring b/c i dont have one right now, but honestly dont really want one based on the size of the mf?

i am a Diesel fan but dont like the figure--have no interest in doink...at all.

if they are adding doink and the skirts with a higher back it must mean they could still make a "profit" on it with all of it

so i want the ring, entrance stage, skirts, diesel and doink for $250

I don't want the ring. I would love if diesel was a different look from his other figures. Maybe the jean jacket look. At that point, diesel, doink, entrance stage 125.

Also Ken Patera.  I'd back that.

We're 10+ years into the line.  Who doesn't have a ring (or several) by now?  I think that's part of the problem.

I don’t think they should cancel it. Let it run its course. If it finds, people that backed it will get it. If it fails, they’ll have useful data on what can be done better. One of the biggest misconceptions I keep seeing is that people feel like it’s shameful if this doesn’t fund. I say “keep on trucking”. There’s always lessons to be learned.

A better rollout may have been something along the lines of like $150 for the entrance and Diesel at 5k. At like 7 or 8k offer the option to add the ring and ring skirts for an additional $100. Then at 8 or 9k, offer the option to add Doink for an additional $30. I think that would solve the issue of people who don’t want all of it and don’t want to be bothered with reselling pieces later.

Also, I think future pieces should be more centered around backstage type play sets. A multi-section backstage set would be cool. Like a locker room, interview area, GM office, and a Gorilla Position. A Buried Alive match play set would be cool. Or a Boiler Room Brawl. Piper’s Pit or the Barber Shop. There’s lots of options.

I think what hurt this other than the upfront charging thing is that it forces people to buy to have to spend more money on something many don’t need or want. Also, the $250 value needed to be there on tier 1. If it gets less than 7k backers, you’re paying $250 for a ring, a figure, and an entrance. For me PERSONALLY (key word as value is subjective), even if every tier is unlocked, the $250 value is debatable. I don’t want to hear the reselling argument. I buy things when I want them. I don’t buy things with the intention of reselling them.

I honestly do hope this funds for the people that want it. I’m just not liking all the people trying to pressure others into backing it. Back it if you want to. Don’t back it if you don’t want to.
