I don't mean to be rude, but I don't see this as a problem. It's just placed slightly lower than it should. We should be complaining about things being straight up errors or blatant omissions (Ex. Gargano's emoji logo being absent from his E70, or the new Legends Bam Bam logo being upside down.)

I don’t mind the larger logo, but it seems like they could’ve saved some pennies making the logo and the black flames smaller. (I don’t think the logo would’ve needed to be broken up by the sculpt nor would people with eyes complain about the it being too small.)
Mattel should be nailing Bret’s emblem placement and the shade of pink for his singlets, but they can’t even be bothered to give him pink shades or dark brown (not jet black) hair.
The head sculpt doesn’t offend me like the UE Taker monstrosities. Others think that’s the biggest problem, but to me, it’s the lack of a jacket. Of course, it’s impossible for every Hitman attire to get entrance gear, but Survivor Series ‘96 always felt like one of those exceptions where they’d go the extra mile.
Everybody was clamoring for that pink chair though! Cross that off the wishlist.

The best bret heart head scan that Mattel has made is the old man Bret head scan imo.

It just seems like an easy fix. Basic to make. They shouldn't do Bret Hart elites if they can't nail it. This finished product to me says "this was a real struggle to make for us and this is our finished product, $26 please" where are you paying 26 dollars get it from walmart or amazon |

I told myself that I'd probably never need another Bret after i got the Ultimate Edition, but I love this attire, and think the figure looks good. So i might just have to get this along with Keith from the set.
Bret's heads are usually a miss, so if this one is a miss in person, i'll just swap one of the other UE heads on.

I don't know what people want from Bret at this point. The Bret Hart from "WCW GoldBerg / Bret Hart 2 Pack" looks just like him. I'm not sure if people just want to be mad and complain or haven't seen Bret Hart's face enough to know what he looks like...
