Haven’t seen it in person. From the first protos, I hated it. Upon looking at it, I got a WCW smash my slam vibe. It brought back so many memories. I think the face is ok, but the hair is garbage. It looks like a bad wig. Mattel should of made slicked his hair back.

I think that this head would look best in street clothes with sunglasses added, rather than with wrestling gear.
It's probably their best attempt at Hall yet, but something is still off.

Without the bandana, it looks awful. The forehead is HUGE, and the hairline looks odd.
With the bandana on, it looks alright.
Overall, it's not great. The face itself does have a Ken doll resemblance, and a lot that i see listed online have misprinted and botchy FX placement.
Definitely would have preferred an older head with TrueFX instead.
I still plan on getting it though, since i'm trying to get every Elite Hall/Razor.
I only need the RSC Exclusive, Nitro Notables, and Legends 11. After that will be the rumoured Ultimate Edition Razor, which i'm hoping is the Green attire.

It's the 2nd best Michael Jackson scan Mattel has made so far, if that's any consolation.

When I saw images online I thought it was not great, but passable. After seeing it in store the head is HORRIBLE!!! One of the worst likenesses in Mattel history. It almost looks like a female head that somebody spit on and rolled in cigarette ash.

Every time I look at it my feelings change. Sometimes I think it looks great and other times nothing like Hall. It’s magic.

I think his first Razor/Scott Hall headscan was the best. I just really like that greasy mullet look. It reminds me of the WCW N64 games from THQ.

Don’t kid yourself it isn’t great with the headband on just a lot better then without. Still got him but I’m thinking about doing a headswap. I Put the the nwo shirt on my Wolfpack macho to do away with the bulky plastic shirt now his weightbelt isn’t covered up.

I would love to see someone strip it and repaint it. There might be a good scan under there but I'm having a really tough time visualizing it with the big sparkly eyes and the lipstick lips.

when you compare it to the other Hall scans, it beats them out, except for maybe the FX Razor on the legends figure. is the hair a bit wonky? somewhat. but the actual scan is accurate to me. the beard is also a little wonky. but from a scan standpoint , its looks ok.

Just finally saw this in person and it actually looks pretty good! Easily the best Hall scan so far if you can find a decent paint app. The previous ones look less and less like Hall with each passing day, with the RSC Hall probably being the best bet.
This one could look a little more 'masculine' or 'square jawed' but it looks a lot better than the promotional photos make it look.
Looking forward to other Halls in the future!

I found this today (along with UE Flair!), but some bastard stole the shirt and bandana, so I skipped it. Head looked better than I expected in terms of likeness, it's just the 'softness' of it that throws it off.

Honestly looks fine with the bandanna on. Once it’s off, the large forehead and weird way they sculpted the hair are what throw it off for me.
