Your best bet is to return them and try and get a refund. You can also contact Mattel and they may give you a voucher

With Mattel's quality control (or lack thereof), I put my figures under a flashlight to inspect before opening...But maybe that's just my weirdness.

I've opened figures before and then notice they had 2 of the same hands...I guess overlooking everything before opening is the best way to do it but still we shouldn't have to :/
