Gotta be Macho, the promise of his presence at mattel creations was enough to cause new gen ring bundles to rapidly materialize and meet all production goals, how many of these other "stars" could justify their own production run? Agree 100% that the arena got backed because of the added savage, but I’m also confident an additional Hogan/Warrior/Bret instead of Savage would have done the same.. it wasn’t specifically Savage, but more the added value. Totally agree... I doubt many people were sold on the set because it was specifically Wrestlemania X Macho was added - it could have been a Hogan, Bret, Shawn, Razor etc. and I think there would have been the same hype/reaction. |
