Triple H isn't Hogan or Warrior, despite what he thinks of himself. No he’s greater. They can put him in the core lines and sells out in every set he is in. Not just the store/site exclusive lines.  |

That’s because nobody wants any damn 2006 DX Triple H. I bought two, but I never pass on Triple H. Although I will say this while two older guys doing the DX gimmick again made it pure gold to watch… Figure wise this is an era they could have passed on making. Because I will never buy an UE HBK to match it. I hated HBK’s attires at this point in his career. |

Where? Literally everything I said can be proven. You are not completely wrong, but I think the main issue would be saying Triple H was a big draw during the hottest period and being the bigger star. The first part may be true, but he wasn't THE draw during that time whereas Hogan and Warrior were for their time - which was comparable in popularity. I think the wrestling business would have been just as hot in the late 90s without HHH, hard to say that about the 80s wrestling landscape without Hogan (mainly) and Warrior. Also, though he has given a lot to wrestling lately, he was also known for holding people back and keeping people down during his wrestling days. Also, hard do say that he gave more to the wrestling business than Hogan, without Hogan (and Vince) wrestling would look very different today. But, to each his own. These are all just opinions. |

I bought the stupid Triple H. I look at this as the beginning of his twilight. The reason that I got it is because I really want Ultimate HBK in the Cammo pants. Michaels had some terrible attires during the DX old man tour, but the Cammo pants are one of my favorite ‘pants’ attires. I’d rather have just about any tights attire over any pants attire.
Actually, no, as I was typing that I remembered the horrible brown tights from EC1 and the not-so-great Raw X attire that he wore once or twice. I think I’d take almost any pants attire over either of those.

I didn’t want to quote multiple people but anyone acting like Warriors on again off again time in WWF was bigger than DX, the biggest group in WWF history, is out of their mind. Triple H was a very important part of that. At the height of the WWF Attiude Era, Triple H was the number 1 heel for a big chunk of it. Warrior may have beat Hogan, but he was never the top babyface. You could remove Warrior from wrestling history and not much would change. You remove Triple H and you don’t get DX, you don’t get Orton and Batista, you don’t get NXT. The old school fan mentality of “Older is always better” is wack. Warrior was Goldberg with a little more charisma and less talent.
