Pretty sure this one on the whole is a Bill Special Mashup, but when did Hogan wear those boots, tights, and weightlifting belt together?

I think he wore it against Luger in WCW when Lex won the title. Definitely the tights and boots.

Attire is from Hogan wild 96. Boots were used due to ip issues since he had the terminator logos on them. He didn’t wear the weightbelt that night but he did wear it in his early nWo days.

Seems to be a mashup. The closest I found was World War 3 1996, he wore this during the contract signing segment for Starrcade 1996. The only difference is the bandana is different.
