No way, never!
It would be the death of AEW. They'd be going down the same rabbit hole that the WWE has gone down.

I’m sure they would do it way better and actually stick to their own draft rules but it’s unnecessary

I hope they never do anything the E did in terms of roster management. The draft was the poison chalice that was only good for their immediate feast of Attitude Era megastars that could easily hold two companies over on their own terms. AEW are just getting started, savour the stars all being on the same shows all the time, love it.

please God no! A brand split creates 2 weak rosters. WWE has rapidly gone downhill since they brought it back.
1 roster and 1 main event scene is what any promotion needs.

"No brand split" says the AEW click splitters. Hahaha. They need 3 hours of Dynamite or 2 hours of Rampage. A 10 - midnight Rampage time slot is trash, so they'd have to start earlier and take on Smackdown. I think 9 to 11 is better than a flat out 8-10 war, but one or the other would still be better than 10 to midnight.
Ultimately I think a 3 hour Dynamite would be the best choice. People don't like they idea because Raw has spoiled them on it, but AEW is not WWE. Tony Khan could/would fill that hour with action, not sh*tty filler like Vince.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, after Dynamite is over make a list of the names you didn't see or saw during a 20 second run in and imagine scattering them across another hour. The women's division would greatly benefit from this. I think too many people let Monday influence what they think they'll see Wednesday.
Before WCW went to sh*t they ran hot 3 hour shows. I think AEW can do that, and do it consistently.

It was just like raw is now, an hour or so of stories and the rest is filler

No. I'm against the idea of WWE having a brand split, so I'd be even more against having a brand split in AEW.

I don't like the brand split idea, I'm behind the idea of certain guys being "the face of dynamite" or "the face of Rampage" they work both shows but yiu have to tune into dynamite or rampage to see them compete, this wouldn't be something that was mentioned on air.
In ways I feel like this is how Punks return has been handled, his big debut was on Rampage and his first televised match was on Rampage.
