On a serious note, Im glad he's ok. Heart issues is something that I fear not only for myself but my family.
On a fanboy note, his heart was likely broken when Vince took NXT from him.

Alot of bodybuilders around the same age as HHH have been dying lately. I believe its no coincidence with HHH having this cardiac event, genetic or not.

All jokes aside. It’s easy to drag Hunter because of his past, NXT, or his familial ties. But the guy loves wrestling and has been a huge part of my childhood growing up. As stated, it was a genetic heart issue. So let’s not all run to assuming roids and sh*t like that.

Scary, my uncle has been waiting like a year for a heart procedure for a genetic condition that led to a massive stroke. Glad Hunter was able to undergo a successful operation. Hope the recovery goes smooth.
Past and/or steroid use can absolutely accelerate and increase risk from genetic heart conditions. It is a very common risk amongst IFBB type bodybuilders. To some extent depending on the condition it can affect any type of athlete PED's or not. There was a 28 year old cross country runner on our university team that had a heart attack due to a genetic condition. Dude ate clean as could be and was basically straight edge.

This has to be somewhat steroid related too, I mean if you look at 1999 - 2003 the man was a giant. Then he went off them and became flabby because he was getting Steph preggers all the time during those few years, and then back to being shredded again in 2007 when he returned at SummerSlam.

When I read the first 2 lines on Facebook I thought he’d either died or been released, glad he’s doing okay.

It’s super weird that half the replies have jokes or have to tell you they are being serious. This place sucks sometimes.
Glad dude is doing alright and hopefully continues to get better. Scary stuff.

Scary stuff. True, heart conditions and dangerous and scary. Nothing to joke about. He's one of my favourites so hope he makes a speedy recovery.

That's what I first thought when I heard this. A lot of body builders and Olympic weight lifters tend to have heart conditions when taking steroids. Glad to see H is fine now, but he should definitely keep his health in check, especially if he's at risk. Reminds me of how Eddie died.

Hope he continues improving and this is the last time he goes through something like this. Him and Sting are probably my favorites all time.

I hope he’s okay and lives a long and healthy life.
He gets so much hate. And I do enjoy ragging on him from time to time but It’s incredibly obvious that he loves pro wrestling and I want to believe he tries his absolute best to give us good wrestling content.
