Wasn’t even around when Louie was wrestling but I’m expecting more no’s than yes’s. great wrestler and great mini feud with Tommy dreamer

The soma whisperer. He was dealing them out in the locker rooms. Sadly they would end up taking his life. He was on course to be the Chris Farley of WCW. But tragically, he would suffer a faith similar to Farley.

Yes, he had a horrible grunge rocker gimmick a year and a half after grunge had been dead.

Yeah, I remember the tail end of Louie's life/career. I got pulled in to ECW around 1997, and basically watched him make the jump from there to his second WCW run with Scott Hall.

I think anyone on this forum who was born up until 1990 would know who Louie is. If not, then you aren't a wrestling fan. The guy was all over the place in the late 80s and through out the 90s. WWF job guy, then WWF New Generation star, then ECW guy, then finally WCW star.

Wasn’t he the inventor of the Death Valley driver?

Yep, I saw him lose to Kamala at a house show in SLC back in '92.

Oh I know, he must be Tony D’Angelo’s tag team partner for NXT 2.0.

IIRC he'd work with lots of wrestlers on new moves...I know Konnan was like that too. If he was around these days I could see him being someone working at the PC with prospects.

Wasn’t he the inventor of the Death Valley driver? ‘From Wiki: ”He is sometimes credited as being the inventor of the Death Valley driver finisher and even wore T-shirts in WCW stating it,[5] though some say it was created by Joshi wrestler Etsuko Mita.[6]”

I know who he is but I wouldn't say you aren't a real wrestling fan if you didn't know a jobber from almost 30 years ago.
