What type of draft do y’all like better? They way they’ve been doing it where they draft the entire roster, or only doing picks where it’s someone switching brands? I feel like I’d like to see the latter return just to see it be something different again. Don’t have to sit through the majority of the picks being someone staying where they were…. if it’s Raw’s turn to pick, you know they’re getting someone from SmackDown. Never understood why they changed it. There's nothing even remotely exciting about guys been drafted to the brand they've been a part of for years.

Been very against having two brands for years and real was only need back in '02 when they had so much star power and trying to get young talent called up to the roster.Late '09 till about '11 is when things started to turn south in terms of the brand split and should have end for good in late '11 or begging of '12.I the little two year span from basically WM 25 to 27 you lost Hardy,Flair,HBK,Batista,MVP,Morrison..ect and both Triple H & Undertaker basically retired and only would wrestle a few match per year going forward.
Redoing the draft in '16 work for a few months but the top end talent was to shallow and by that point John Cena the biggest star in the company had a foot out the door anyways.
No need for a brand split with the current roster, with that said with them being dead set on it I would go with.
RAW:Bobby Lashley,Big E,Randy Orton & Seth Rollins
Smackdwon:AJ Styles,Drew McIntyre,Finn Balor & Roman Reigns
Evenly split up your top 8 talents(basically the semi stars you currently have) and actually try to build up newer talent under neath and mix them with these 8.Talking about calling up some NXT talents like Pete Dunne & LA Knight, rebuilding the likes of Jeff Hardy & Keith Lee and continuing the push of Damien Priest.

Low key game changer move. Move Otis and Gable to Raw to be the number one heel team on Raw. Feuds between them and RkBro and New Day would be awesome. The Usos and The Dirty Dawgs make the heel side a bit full on Smackdown

I hate how a brand will choose a member of a team and not a full team, why would you just want one person when you could have a team of people, it's daft. It wouldn't be so bad if a could only pick one team every so many teams, at least splitting up a team would make sense. Well last year the networks/brands took a gamble on splitting Big E off from New Day, and now a year later he’s been doing his singles thing and he’s WWE champion. Without them being a trio, Xavier Woods has also had more chances to wrestle some great matches and improve his skills. So the precedent is set that it is a valid move for professional development.

Word is tonight's ratings with Head Cheese advertised to compete will be key to how stringent the split will actually be. If there's a decent pop, expect to see top guys getting more exposure on both shows.
Fits my suspicion that there will be a unified/double World Champion in the near future.

Draft Roman to Smackdown, then the next draft night he's also drafted to RAW. Then he just beats Big E for the WWE title on the same night, and now on every PPV for the next 3-4 years he's a double champion defending and beating everyone. Also beating everyone every week in the builds to the PPVs
