Just found the elite 87 Warlord and just noticed down the tights it says “Wer of Pain.” So are you telling me Mattel is becoming so cheap they can’t even add the PO? What did that save you, 10cents?

It is somewhat accurate. The earlier tights that they wore covered up the PO in "Power". It looks like they wore plain black trunks on top of their long tights which covered up some of the letters in "Power". Image |

But did look up other figures and noticed they were all like mine, but makes me feel better knowing they weren’t trying to cut corners off of l2 letters |

Might yours just have an error? I thought that before posting, I looked for accurate pics of their actual attire, but just couldn’t find one , looked for some pics of the figure and found a few posted by Mattel and noticed theirs were missing the PO, so that’s why I knew it wasn’t just mine. |

Also, on the back of the belt or whatever it is warlord is wearing, it just says ARLORD, it’s missing the W. So not sure how accurate that is, but I’m sure somebody can hunt down a pic.

I still don't like this trend that 1/2 of a tag team is released Yeah, it's not great. But, I think this is better than not getting them at all. What happens if Warlord's contract runs out and they didn't put out a Powers of Pain Warlord. Then they sign Barbarian? Makes sense to put out a POP Warlord now and hope that they get Barbarian signed eventually, then make that one then. |
