Although, 2*diamond ring winner and 2*slammy winner aren't that different. I just think if you do a heel use one that needs to be elevated more. Mjf could win the big one right now and everyone would believe it. He's already made. |

AEW is literally ushering in a Renaissance period where wrestling is cool again and it’s thanks in huge part to the kind of leader Tony Khan is. CM Punk returns because of the Brodie tribute, now this…..wow 2 years ago, people were saying AEW was just a T shirt company. |

2 years ago, people were saying AEW was just a T shirt company. And was called a "piss ant company" at a major WWE event. I can't imagine how any news or hire gets bigger than this for AEW in the next few months or years. I would love to know the details of how this happened but I'm sure both parties want it to be private. Whether it was Mark Henry or not, I am so happy for Mark. It couldn't have been easy for Mark coming in to WWF with no wrestling experience and a huge dollar contract and Owen treated him with a kindness that Mark has never forgotten. |

Maybe his post was supposed to be meant as a joke and we totally whooshed on it? I've done that before for sure. If it's a serious post, then it's embarassing to the highest degree. Forget any company tribalism. Martha wants nothing to do with WWE, and wishing WWE could buy AEW to get the rights to Owen goes so far past disrespectful to both Martha, Owen's children, and Owen's legacy, that it borders on sociopathic. |

Although I am super hyped for Owen Hart merchandise, I really refuse to buy an Owen shirt with an AEW logo. Get some stuff out and let the profit go to the Foundation and I‘ll be fine.
Hopefully the quality of the figures will be good. Please no ZST Retro. I really don’t want to see Owen merch with any profit related companies. I was always daccord with Martha to not give WWE the opportunity to make money with Owens name and no one else than Martha should do either.
Yes, Owen belongs in the WWE HOF but not as it is today. If it was a true HOF he would be a missing part.
Looking forward to the tournament, which should be based on a KOTR tournament starting with qualifying matches as it was back than and have the last 8 do a one night tournament.

I mean, it's pretty darn fair to not be able to interpret that as a joke based on a one line comment from someone who doesn't post in this section. There have absolutely been some very non-joking remarks made online in the same vein as that. A couple that take it a step further even. Plus, factoring in the amount of hate and threats Martha has gotten from fans over the years for refusing to let WWE make Owen related merchandise, it's really not a case of us "taking things too serious" to not immediately understand that someone who isn't a regular poster was joking. I can say that line out loud and make it sound both like a joke and completely serious.
