Romans first loss in almost two years shouldn’t happen on an edition of Raw. Right call was made.

6-man opener was fine AJ/Orton was excellent I like the pairing of Garza/Humberto and I hope they do something with it Sheamus/Hardy was good and entertaining, and I like the wild-card of Jeff being put into the US title match Main event was fantastic for a RAW TV match, outside of the finish.

I don't know why people complain about Roman.
Hogan rarely lost Stone Cold rarely lost The Rock rarely lost Cena rarely lost Reigns is the face of the company, and when you're the face of an entertainment action show you get perks.

Hogan got over with the 80's audience, where over-the-top heroics was welcomed, but fatigue eventually started to develop. Stone Cold and Rock both got over with the 90's audience once they were allowed to bring out their own personalities as heels, and weren't instantly shoved to the top and moved on before fatigue hit too hard, though Rock did get some at the last. Cena got over with the 00’s audience once he brought out his personality as a heel and wasn't instantly shoved to the top, but fatigue grew fast once he remained at the top and his booking became too obvious. Roman is a sh*t that's been shoved to the top since day one, inheriting the spot from all those previous stars. Never forced to work or tweak anything to get to the top, he was placed there from the start. He caught the audience's fatigue because nothing d*mn changed from Cena. This is fact. If you reject it, that's a you problem.

im honestly mostly OK with this whole Roman "thing"....he's a legit talent, he's elevated The Usos, Heyman is great. It's good storytelling, etc. It's just getting frustrating that he's booked to win everything, all the time and always look like the top guy. And somehow NOW wrestling fans are perfectly fine with him beating not only the top stars of Smackdown, but also the top stars of RAW (a show he's not a part of) simply because they turned him heel They are making him this invincible god. And nobody is ever going to get a ing shot at anything because of it. but in the end it is what it is. the way the match last night was booked still made sense, Bobby got the red death eyes for E, laid him out with chairs and forgot about Roman, so just one quick spear to end it...and since Lashley isn't the champion anymore he was the easy choice to eat the pin. You can only do the "heel loses, gets mad and beats up everyone" booking so much before it becomes tiring and I fear that's the way they are gonna go with Bobby now that the belt is off him.

You act as if the others worked their butts off to "earn" the top spot. Wrestling isn't real. WWE is action entertainment. If you like action entertainment but don't like the story, that's a you problem.

I like Roman but I think WWE is booking themselves into a corner by making him truly unbeatable. I thought he'd lose the match but not take the pin.
He's unbeatable and I fear there's no one that I feel can legitimately challenge him for the title and beat him. With the draft coming up I do think this can be fixed by building up a current Raw guy who ends up being moved to Smackdown and eventually challenges him because most of Smackdown has failed to beat him already. I think someone like Damian Priest could be a legitimate threat if that becomes the case but who knows.

Austin didn't push back on the Ringmaster, Rocky Maivia didn't want to introduce the trash talking aspect, Cena was in fine standing wearing dual-colored muscle shorts? Vince just plucked them from obscurity and "made" them all, no dues or proof of concept needed, as if every one of them were an inevitability? You say yourself the complaint is that Roman is being protected, but dismiss my issue that he has been protected pretty much since day one? That the bosses have never heard a chorus of boos and believed a shakeup was necessary? That it took seven years to get rid of the Shield music and tactical vest, and he still wears the same pants and boots to this day? And despite what anyone says, having a good coherent story can only benefit WWE, so don't know why asking for one is a bad thing. Don't need a reminder wrestling isn't real but fan reactions are, in fact, real. Why ask questions if you're not receptive of someone's answer?

Can't have the Universal Champion Roman Reigns and the man who is gonna finally end Roman's Universal Title streak in Drew McIntyre on the same show right now! For that will happen once the draft take place.

We as fans can't get the writers fired, request different storylines, ask for stars WE like to be pushed, etc. It's simple, if you don't like Roman stop watching WWE. He's not going anywhere.

Just stop watching WWE. I have, for the most part, and it feels WONDERFUL.

He's not going anywhere. fans absolutely once dictated the direction of the business and who the top faces were the way you're describing the wwe as inaccessible to the general fan is exactly the issue and i already don't watch so no prob there. awa essentially said we're putting bockwinkel over hogan, bockwinkel is the star, and that if you don't like bockwinkel stop watching awa. guess what people did?
