Can someone catch me up to speed? These released for SDCC on Mattel.com and their are two versions? You couldn’t pick which version you just got what you got? Is that the case? And also this won’t release in any other fashion cause it’s a SDCC thing? so Mattel used their Mattel Creations website to sell these. They went live on 7/22 at 12 PM EST and sold out in roughly 2-3 minutes. Their SDCC product this year was an ultimate edition Sgt Slaughter in a box with LJN style carding. They were packed randomly and there was no choice given, just a limit of 2 per account at $35. There were two versions, a standard blue card and a chase variant black card. The figures and accessories were identical. Steve has said there wouldn’t be more of this particular figure sold, but possibly would include Sgt again in the UE line down the road. WWE Shop also got some stock surprisingly but we’re gone as soon as people realized they were there. Nobody as far as I’ve seen here ordered from WWE shop and received them yet. It seems to be where Mattel is putting special projects and maybe their Comicon exclusive items for now. If you go to the site abs create a login you’ll see what products they offer there. A lot seems to be collaborations with other major brands |

I haven't heard back from Mattel either,3 emails sent to customer service spread over a month. Still no Sarge,still no refund, still no contact .Shameful. I think it is safe to say now, those of still waiting are not getting it. Just wait and see how big of a "Clusterf**k" that UE Ring is going to be. Mattel -they know how to TAKE a pre-order, just not how to FULFILL a pre-order. So I never heard back from Mattel about getting my figure. |

I sold it on ebay a couple of days ago. |

It feels they have slick designers and production but the operations and fulfillment of the orders along with customer service is bottom of the barrel. Those pieces are crucial for a successful business and people will soon realize its not worth it. I sure hope they get things fixed by the crowdfunded ring shipping and potential errors in that. |

Mattel Creations sucks. The Slaughter preorder was a mess and I’m going to end up buying one second hand. As far as the ring I ultimately didn’t get it. I will buy the Savage second hand as he is the only one I want from this. Sorry for those who ordered sarge and didn’t get him.

Mattel Creations does blow! So does Mattel as a whole.I have sent 6 emails to Mattel Creations, no reply. Have called numerous times to be on hold for 45 mins plus with no answer. I just want my money back now from these pricks. I had to go into my bank and mark them as fraudulent purchase. So now my bank is retrieving my money from these crooks. Hasbro and HasbroPulse are so much more reliabe in all aspects. Mattel is just disgraceful at this point. Mattel Creations sucks. The Slaughter preorder was a mess and I’m going to end up buying one second hand. As far as the ring I ultimately didn’t get it.
