Mine was supposed to arrive by the end of the day today - according to FedEx. Nothing. So, I check the app, now it says arrival date unknown.

Suppose to arrive Saturday by the end of the day. Now its back to pending. at least it says it is in the correct State I am in right now. Hopefully tomorrow. Never know though

Stop crying. You have at least received the tracking number. We international buyers have nothing. We don't know anything, not even which shipping service was used. We are hanging in the air.

Mine were scheduled for friday, didnt come or move. Rescheduled for sunday, didnt come or move. Now pending. Im in central ny and its stuck in pa. They are approx 3 hours from me sitting in limbo lol. The suspense is real!

I was in contact with Mattel Creations and they told me this:
"US orders ship through Fed Ex so tracking is available to provide. For international orders, we use a broker for shipping so tracking is internal and not available to consumers."

Yes, if I got it right, Mattel Creations can track the package, but we cannot 😞 They also said this: "It's a shipping company that we use for international orders. Once the package clears customs, it will be tendered to a local carrier for delivery. We do not have information on the carrier or tracking to provide." They checked my order and said this: "I checked your order and it has shipped but is still at the international process center. You can expect to receive this within 4 weeks." But as soon as the package goes to a local parcel carrier, then we have no information anymore. I can't understand why they don't ship with tracking number. I would rather pay a bit more shipping fees, instead of this. |

I just called mattel. Cause my tracking still says info sent to fedex and that was on the 21st. Well they said it was shipped out on the 24th and to wait 8-10 business days. Which is fine. But really annoying that it’s not being fully tracked right.

Fedex lost my Jurassic Express set and Ringside made me wait 2 months until FedEx cleared it before they sent a replacement. Screw the customer eh?! Smartpost is quite dumb. |
