Y’all still interested in that? To me it kinda got boring now, very fun back in 2019 but I only feel like you could only do it for so long

Its stupid. Every title change happens with a Schoolboy Rollup and there were times when the 24/7 Rule WAS SUSPENDED. How can it be 24/7 then? Its like a hotel being closed for a few hours.

I am guessing the kids still like to see it. It's probably more so directed to them for entertainment than to the adults.
I personally don't mind it. I usually just do something else when those matches take place. Plus it gives a chance to see wrestlers we haven't seen for a while if we don't watch Main Event, because they are usually chasing the 24/7 Champion around.

The segments are fun but it has nothing on the Hardcore title.

The only problem I have with the 24 / 7 Championship Title Belt is the toy version they sell on WWEShop. Its the worst piece in my collection.

It has so much potential but the writers don't put any interest into it.

I can't stand the gymnastics/parkour stuff Reggie has been doing. Just terrible....

I wonder if AEW would consider bringing back an actual Hardcore Title. Some may feel that time has come and gone, and/or they have too many belts...but I think it might work.

Since they’ve brought back the FTW belt I’ve felt that would be a cool “hardcore/24-7” belt for the lower tier guys to fight over. Not death match crap like Nick Gage, but old school WWF style hardcore bouts to keep the show fresh.

I would be interested to see how they pull it off, since AEW doesn’t do nearly as many backstage segments as WWE.

Its run its course long ago. How the travelling band of jobbers that chase after it are still employed while the likes of Bray Wyatt isn't is beyond me, and I don't even like Bray.

I was never interested in it because to me it was always a comedy gimmick meant for the younger kids.

I think the humour surrounding it is just not connecting with people. With the Hardcore belt, the wrestlers were more mature and the humour came from the situations they ended up in, rather than how they actually played into them.
Like in New York, Al Snow getting into a taxi to get away from the Boss Man, and then Boss Man having to hail a taxi to follow Al's, was quite funny. But it was funny because of the ludicrous nature of the situation, whilst still having some semblance of reality to it. If you were the Hardcore Champion and felt like someone was about to beat you for it, then you WOULD jump into a taxi to escape. It had a layer of reality.
The 24/7 belt seems slightly more slapstick comedy that's written and performed by people that just aren't very good at it.

useless and pointless, I'd bring Charles Wright back as Kama to steal the belt and melt it into a gold chain.
