It happened earlier this month but is just reported now. He was part of a short lived faction Kyodai with Tajiri and Akio (Jimmy Wang Yang) and also wrestled in UPW, XWF and Zero-One. Somehow, he got a figure as part of an online exclusive Jakks WWEast set. RIP.
