If it was an Elite and somehow included the tank, then yes. If it was just a Basic version of Shotzi? Probably not.

I'd be impressed if they could make a basic of her between all the tattoos and the level of detail in her ring gear. I guess they could leave out a lot of details to get it done, but she's someone whose look really demands an Elite. Which I would happily buy.

I'd buy one only if she was an elite. As for the tank it can easily be swapped for a figure in one of the build a figure lines or released in the wrekkin line.

If it came with a Wrekkin tank, yes. Dont care if the figure is Basic or Elite.
