i just dont understand why they "bring back" king of the ring....but like turn it into basically an afterthought. its just spread out over weeks and then the finals are on a PPV thats not even in the US
but they trot out ridiculously stupid PPV gimmicks like Extreme Rules (with no extreme matches) or TLC
just make the f-ing September or October PPV be King of the Ring, you have qualifiers in the weeks leading up and the semi-finals to finals on the night of the PPV, as well as a few other matches. Winner of the KOTR tournament gets a title shot at Survivor Series for whatever brand's title they choose

i just can't see what they're planning with KOTR this year. Other then just a thing to advertise. Just like how they call every episode Season premier.
Will Balor or Woods do anything with the King gimmick? Will it give them a push?? I just dont see how.
Whens the last time a babyface won KOTR? was Edge a face in 2001??? was Angle face when he won?
