Brock is the only one who makes sense taking the title off Roman right now. Drew can just take E's belt, he doesn't need to face Roman. Outside of The Rock, there is no one affiliated with WWE that can hold Roman's belt other than Brock. So if Brock ain't it ... the guy to beat Roman isn't even in the company right now. Is there someone from AEW that will sign with WWE that could? Yes. So unless they start building up some young gun we aren't even considering ... Roman will never lose it. They created a monster and might regret it.

Let him keep the title until WM 40. it’s just 18 months away. Select the Rumble winner wisely and let him win wisely. With Tony Kahns ego evolving the way it does, guys like Moxley and even Rhodes could become available for WM40.
There is no need to let him drop the title soon. Seth Rollins would be an appropriate opponent but hey just switched him to Raw, and I believe they did it on purpose to avoid any confrontation for now.

You have to have a marquee match as the ME in Dallas.
If its not Rock and Roman, then its Brock and Roman.

I was thinking it would be cool if they had Bray Wyatt return and take it off him ala Summerslam like Roman did. It would go back in a full circle. Also, was it ever explain who set up Finn Bálor to trip on the rope during his match with Roman?

Hoping Roman holds onto it for at least another year or so, until WrestleMania 39.
Also hoping Damian Priest is the one to finally beat him. If Priest is the guy, i'd be fine with him beating Roman within the next 6 Months - 1 Year.

Well, with the way the draft went, it doesn’t seem like anyone will be beating Roman anytime soon (outside of maybe Drew, or if Vince wants to pop a quick rating, Brock). Not saying it’s the right or wrong move, but personally, the Tribal Chief thing has run its course by this point. After over a year, nothing has really been added to this except Roman’s questioning of Heyman’s loyalty (which doesn’t interest me much). If they threw a Roman title loss in there (for him to get it back not long after), or maybe have the Usos try to break away, it would add something new to this. Instead it’s the same thing every feud Roman has (tells his opponent to acknowledge him for weeks, then needs to cheat to win).
At this rate nobody will be beating him until Bron Breakker at WM40.

I mean, it obviously isn’t gonna be a newer talent because they can’t build one of them anymore to save their lives, so probably, Rock, Brock or Drew. I think Edge was their best bet of actually doing something mildly fresh but that ship has sailed, and everyone else remotely possible has also lost to Reigns at this point.
I don’t even mind though, I’d rather Reigns keep it than pretty much everyone in the company, he’s been carrying it since his heel turn
