I went to Rupps comics yesterday down in Freemont, Ohio.Im from Detroit. I got to meet Michael Turner and his colorist Pat S. They were real cool and would sign anything you had. I got 11 books signed. They signed probably 50 books for this 1 woman.Real class act. They were going to start selling Soulfire #2 exclusive there. But it was errored. But overall I had a great time..Theyre going to have Alex Ross there in 2 months and Pat Lee early next year.

Holy shit....I could have driven there and met him again. Dang...need to keep up with his appearances.
Ive met him twice and he's been a class act all the time. Im still on a mission to get a sketch from him someday, but I havent yet. Still, he's my favorite artist and being a nice guy only helps keep him cool in my book.
BTW-Its PETE not Pat. Steigerwalt(sp?). Unless he has a new colorist-which would be awful because Pete's done awesome for years. Was he a BIG dude?

Hey, thanks for the link. Yea, I live in Toldeo and that aint that far a drive considering I drove to the Chicago Con a month ago to see him. I'll definetely have to keep up when Alex Ross shows up. I wanted to see him at Chicago, too, but lines were insane. Be cool to get a chance to meet him.
