1. Outsource Bret face sculpt. Clearly not going to happen at Mattel after 10 years of trying.
2. Consistent packaging on lines. Still annoyed that Legends was tweaked with a picture of the wrestler on the front. It was so clean before.

1. Stop making US-only lines that cause International collectors to miss out. Examples being Decade of Domination, Flashback Elites, Royal Rumble Elites and Survivor Series Elites.
2. Sign more legends. Particularly Attitude Era talent. Hopefully ECW and WCW get some love.
3. Keep taking risks with figures like Zodiac, Goon, etc. I was so happy to see these niche characters in the line and would love to someday see:
Repo Man, Kona Crush, Max Moon, Fake Diesel, Fake Razor Ramon, Brooklyn Brawler, Captain Lou Albano, Mr. Fuji and other legends in the Collector's Edition slot.

NOD Kama AND Godfather in black figures. Just repaint a Papa Shango for one and repaint the green Godfather for the other.
More arena pieces for the New Gen ring like guardrails and a steel cage. Blue chairs would be nice.

1) smooth out the issues with Target and the Legends line, these should not be so difficult to track down.
2) Expand the Legends/Flashbacks roster as much as possible
3) Complete the missing tag team partners from the elite line and titles from WCW and ECW
