This is a bit of a stretch, but cards are huge merchandise. I was really surprised to see it go to such a small company...

I think Topps are the big card company in the states but worldwide panini are huge not only in sports but also cartoons, movie franchises etc for both stickers and cards. Back in the early 90s panini did the wwf sticker books here in the uk Panini do the cards and stickers for the premier league, disney properties, baby shark etc |

I definitely wouldn’t say that Panini are a small company, especially here in the UK. I think it’s a surprise that Topps lost the WWE licence but I’m intrigued to see what Panini do with the cards going forward.

2. Thanks for letting me know about Panini. In the U.S., there is a huge different between that and Topps...

Where did you see that disclosed?
If NFL also went with them -- I guess they've got a ton of investment and are throwing money around. Makes sense why WWE would switch
