There might have been better figures, but Legends Bam Bam is definitely in the running.
That head sculpt is spot-on and easily in Mattel's top 5 best likenesses for legends who aren't able to get scanned.

As much as I want to say UE Macho or Flair...
It's the Zodiac. Because it's far beyond an absolute freaking miracle that we have a Zodiac figure on store shelves in 2021, WITH fabric accessories and an alternate head.
That's a HELL of an accomplishment on Mattel's part.

Not sure how yall can put Legends Nash when every nash released has half filled goatee and other quality control issues. Would of been on my list, still a good figure but cant be the best when its got crap paint.

UE Flair and Legends Warlord I like Warlord but those skinny long shins hurt the overall figure and I had to modify it with a heavily worn elite 10 Takers shins and it worked out well. For me it's UE Kane (while the body is a little too slim its still solid), Bronson Reed and Bam Bam Bigelow. |

Yeah, I think his legs are mostly the same as Road Warrior Animal's except for that long skinny shin. Which I'm guessing they did to either give him some height or to fit the lettering on the sides of his tights. The head sits too low too and adjusting that helps offset the long legs a bit..not as much as swapping shins but better than nothing. |

Man, it’s been a great year for figures, but that UE flair robe is beautiful. I’m biased as I love the pink and purple combo though.
Others that come to mind are Zodiac (in hand it’s a GREAT figure), UE Kane and Undertaker (nit as bad as people make it out to be), and legends Bam Bam and Macho Man.
