Excited for all of these wrestlers to leave the evil, stifling sports-entertainment prison, regain their creative freedom and go back to real pro wrestling. Congratulations to them for no longer being forced to work in the worst place to work in the world. WWE prahduck is bad so success there is meaningless. Thank you for finally letting them free, Vince.
How dare WWE release these megastars!! This was their dream job and it should have been their job for life. They should have all been world champions, and now they are homeless and their careers are over. When Andrew Yang hears about this, it’s all over for Vince. Even if Andrew Yang doesn’t do anything, the company is dying. Now that future stars Keith Lee (36) and Karrion Kross (36) are fired, the youth movement is over. They were the ones who should have taken the torch from old-timers Roman Reigns (36) and Seth Rollins (35).
I’m all seriousness, not much of value was lost here. Lee had potential but his health, physical condition and age are in the way of him ever realising said potential. Karrion Kross is a bland, bland man, and bells and whistles can’t really hide it. He was basically just an adult-sized Mike Kanellis. Both of them are more useful as big fishes in some smaller pond. Nia Jax has made her money, had little more to offer, and it turns out her employment wasn’t enforced by The Rock. Ember Moon was never going to amount to anything other than Good Hand, and was lucky to survive previous rounds of cuts. AEW badly needs competent women wrestlers so she should land on her feet there. Lucha House party are awesome but WWE didn’t see it, and they may flourish elsewhere.
In terms of who is 100% safe at this point, I’d say:
Roman Reigns The Usos New Day Becky Lynch Seth Rollins Sasha Banks Bayley Randy Orton Bianca Belair The Miz Riddle AJ Styles Bobby Lashley Drew McIntyre Street Profits Damian Priest Brock Lesnar Bald Brock Jr in NXT Sheamus Nakamura Happy Corbin Bron Breakker R-Truth Titus O’Neil

Hate it for everyone involved and hope they get to keep doing what they love and go elsewhere. Lee,Taya and Gran are the ones I was more of a fan of and liked what I saw of Baxter and Kamea so far so I'm really hoping they go somewhere that I get to see more of them. I kindve thought Cedric would be gone doing the next round of cuts so that's a little surprising to me that he's still there.

Such a shame. Really surprised about Keith Lee and Kross. Keith Lee showed nothing but potential. I hear everyone talking about weight issues and forget that guys like Mark Henry, Khali, etc were not half the talent Keith Lee is and got plenty of opportunities.
Kross, while not my cup of tea, was never even given a shot. Gets called up, jobs in 2 minutes. Then we’re told by to wait and see it’s part of a better story. Then he shows up in a gimp mask and gets canned a few weeks later.
With all these releases in the past year, how can this company even fill up 3 hours of Raw every week. The depth chart is not that deep anymore.

It seems like WWE (Vince)…and this is scary…thinks that WWE’s selling point is…WWE…The Brand…despite a lot of evidence to the contrary, this is where we are at. In Vince and his yes men’s minds…fans aren’t going to see their favorite wrestlers…or at least they don’t believe that that’s the main point..,they think people are going to see WWE and the wrestlers are secondary. This is a really messed up vision to have, but more and more, I think this is Vince’s mindset right now…and it’s scary if I’m even remotely right. This is a good point actually. This was said once, I think by either Vince or Stephanie, that no superstar was bigger than WWE itself. With this, they want to avoid to have a Punk or a SCSA around that turns against them at any moment when they claim what they deserve at any time.

Nakamura better not lose that title........

I hate to see anyone lose their job.
Seems like the fed is cruising to a profitable Q4 though.

I’m convinced Vince and Nick Khan don’t know NXT UK exists.

Wow, some big names let go this time. I feel terrible for everyone who lost their jobs.
I really wish Keith Lee and Mia Yim had been given a better chance. I really look forward to seeing where those two especially end up.
Bad timing too, with ROH going on hiatus and maybe never coming back. AEW's roster is bursting at the seams. Not sure how many more they'd be willing to take on.

How did Jaxson Ryker, Saurav, Sarray, Dana Brooke, Madcap Moss, Andre Chase, Joe Gacy and Lash Legend not get released?

Someone should check on Hunter with all his kids getting cut. HHH shouldn’t get a free pass if he really cared he would have spoke up. How would you know he doesn’t try to fight for them? He fought to get Samoa Joe back.

Nxt Uk is a deal where it runs in the same spot.
These others travel from town to town. Seems like wwe wants to rebrand as just wwe not raw and smackdown. They have competition now they dont need 2 brands.
You got universal champ maybe unify to become wwe universal world champion.
Unify womens belt Retire womans tag not enough ladies left. Wwe champion 2nd tier Ic us belts 3rd tier unify or not. Unify tag belts 24 7 joke comedy stuff.
Nxt Nxt champ N.a champ 2nd tier Cw Tag champs
Im not for it but could be the reason.

How did Jaxson Ryker, Saurav, Sarray, Dana Brooke, Madcap Moss, Andre Chase, Joe Gacy and Lash Legend not get released? Sarray, Chase, Gacy and Lash are good building blocks for NXT 2.0. Madcap just got put in a storyline with Corbin and Dana's serviceable jobber fodder. As for Ryker, he probably knows where Dunn and Bruce have buried the bodies. For Saurav, Indian market I guess?

So a bunch of mid card or lower card talent get released and this means the WWE is in trouble?? I have been hearing that on social media all the time lately.
If I see, "WWE releases Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Randy Orton, and Kofi Kingston" then I will be a bit more worried.
Seeing the names of who got released, I can not think of anything they have done in the past year to stand out. It now frees up space too on the main roster if they need to bring anyone up to Raw or Smackdown.

And Austin Theory was made to be a joke in the group The Way in NXT and now he's standing out on his own and being a huge superstar on Raw.
So it goes both ways.
