Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but that's a shirt licensed through Homage, and I believe they have their deals in place through 3rd party.
Meaning Angle probably doesn't have a new Merch deal.

This poster is correct. The shirt is made by and sold by Homage who was a deal with WWE shop to sell their products. Very, very unlikely Angle signed a merch deal with WWE. |

As mentioned, it doesn’t mean he is signed to a Legends deal.
I will say however I exclusively wear Homage shirts. Love the fit and softness. Highly recommend.

If you go to their website and Retro WWE Shirts and Apparel section, sort the items by Date New to Old, that Kurt Angle shirt appears on page 7 of 8. |

It's not new...It's an old shirt that Homage rereleased, along with others (including Goldust, who obviously isn't under a contract).
